Lung Cleanser Drink Recipe



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the Water: Heat a cup of water until it's warm but not boiling.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a glass, combine the warm water, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger. Stir well until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Add Cayenne Pepper (Optional): If using, add a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
  4. Drink: Sip this mixture slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
